Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and if you withdraw, you get the full amount back.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy Premium from me. The period runs from the day your subscription starts and your first payment goes through. You do not have to give a reason.

I have chosen the simple promise: if you withdraw within the 14 days, you get a full refund within 14 days. That holds even if you have already started using Premium.

How to withdraw

You can choose either of these ways:

In your account: under Subscription you will find the button Withdraw purchase (14 days) while the period runs. You confirm, and it is done right away.
By email: write to support@nielix.net that you withdraw from the purchase, and please write from the email address your account was created with. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.

The deadline is met if you send your notice before the 14 days have passed. The button in your account can be used once per account. Write to me if you need help afterwards.

What I do when you withdraw

I refund the full amount you paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after I received your notice. The money goes back by the same means of payment you used for the purchase, and it costs you nothing. If you use the button in your account, the refund is ordered from Stripe right away, and it can take a few banking days before it shows at your bank.

The subscription is cancelled immediately, and you receive a confirmation by email.

Access and key

Once the purchase is withdrawn and refunded, your access to Premium ends and the key for your server becomes invalid. The server goes back to the free features at its next synchronisation. Your media and settings are not touched.

After the 14 days

After the 14 days the subscription runs to the end of the period, and paid periods are normally not refunded. You can always cancel so that nothing is charged for the next period. Your statutory consumer rights apply unchanged.

Business customers and gifts

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, not to purchases for business. If you buy for your business and give a company or VAT number at the purchase, the purchase has no right of withdrawal, and the button in your account is not shown. Gift keys that I give you without payment are not purchased and therefore cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
